Our Story
CareNestPro began with a simple belief that quality care starts with empowered caregivers. Founded to address Africa’s fragmented caregiving system, we created a structured ecosystem that blends professional training, background verification, and job placement ensuring families get reliable care, and caregivers gain dignity and growth.
What started as a local initiative in Lagos has grown into a global care movement now spanning Nigeria, Africa, and the U.S.

Since our inception, we've trained and certified hundreds of caregivers, created access to verified background checks across Nigeria, and established partnerships with hospitals, care homes, and international organizations.
Through our scholarship initiatives and partnerships with the American Caregiver Association (ACA) and Background Check International (BCI), we're not just creating jobs; we're building a trusted caregiving profession in Africa.
