- Taught by certified nurse trainers and care professionals
Outcome: CareNestPro Academy Certificate of Competency
Stage 2 — Certification & Accreditation
Build global credibility with internationally recognized certification.
- Eligible graduates can apply for American Caregiver Association (ACA) certification.
- ACA certification opens doors to international job opportunities and migration pathways.
Outcome: Dual Certification — CareNestPro + ACA (Optional International Upgrade)
Stage 3 — Background Check & Medical Screening
Trust and safety are central to our mission. Every graduate undergoes comprehensive verification before deployment or job matching.
Through our partnership with Background Check International (BCI):
- Identity and criminal record verification
- Residential address confirmation
- Reference and employment history checks
Medical Screening (Partner Hospitals):
- General physical examination
- HIV, Hepatitis, and other infectious disease screening
- Tuberculosis, drug, and pregnancy tests (where applicable)
- Health clearance certificate issued

Stage 4 — Job Matching & Global Pathways
